We have the opportunity for the right candidate with our progressive firm and friendly team as an Office Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a modern, fast growing and progessive accountancy practice and work in a friendly and supportive environment.
This is a varied role and includes the day to day running of our credit control and accounts payable department. Booking and maintaining internal training schedules, managing the office IT and overseeing the premises and building maintenance. Assisting the Office Manager where required and providing general administration assistance as needed.
The ideal candidate will be organised, practical and efficient with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent customer service skills. Good typing skills and a good working knowledge of Word and Excel are essential, as is the ability to work as a team member. Experience in a professional office would be an advantage.
Salary range: £18,000 – £23,000
