Whether you are just starting in business or are an established organisation we can help you every step of your Xero Journey. We can start by helping you personalise the software for your business and linking it to your bank and other important data feeds eg credit cards, till systems, PayPal etc so that all your information is captured in one place. We can show you the quickest ways to capture other data and upload documents to the software so you no longer have to keep boxes of paperwork in the loft and train you on how to use it and all the clever shortcuts to minimise the time you take in record keeping.

At the end of your sessions with us, you will have dramatically reduced the time taken on your record-keeping so you have more time to work on other parts of your business or simply take some time off for yourself.

You will also be fully compliant with Making Tax Digital which will affect all business from April 2023.

  • Initial 1 hour meeting at our office with our Xero specialist to ascertain your needs and plan your Xero transition*
  • Set up bank feeds for 2 accounts
  • Create a personalised invoice template within Xero
  • Set year-end and VAT periods and applicable VAT rates
  • Import correct account headings
  • Create up to 4 tracking codes
  • Set up correct levels of access for users
  • Import contacts list from a .csv file provided by you
  • Import debtors and creditors lists from a .csv file
  • Enter correct conversion balances
  • The integration of one payment-related add-on e.g. izettle, Go Cardless, Directli etc
  • Health Check on your data after 3 months to check you are on track and provide you with feedback
New business start up

Xero Support Packages

Subscription-based packages

These packages are aimed at businesses who feel they want the reassurance of a subscription-based support package on an ongoing basis after receiving training from us or another accredited trainer.

If you have not received training these packages may not be suitable for you but get in contact and we can discuss that with you.

We offer E-Mail support with a response within 24 hours (often much shorter than this)

For urgent enquiries, we offer a response by telephone with most issues solved within that first call.

After your year-end accounts have been done we will also help you with any amendments suggested by your accountant.

If you need more help in learning the Xero software or want to find out more about extra features and ways to improve your systems, we can help. We are pleased to introduce our sister training company Cirrusli who provides one to one training to help you become more accurate or simply learn more about Xero accounting software.
