Jane Maynard is both a qualified Chartered Accountant and Business Mentor and has over 30 years experience of advising businesses of all sizes from start-up through to sale or retirement. Jane has extensive knowledge of all business sectors and is renowned for her practical and proactive business advice, valued by her clients for whom she also provides useful and relevant tax planning advice.
Starting the company in 2003 with only one other employee, she has guided it through its rapid growth and success. Jane is able to offer first-hand and experienced advice for businesses wishing to achieve growth, added profitability or preparing their business for sale.
Jane has been selected for many awards and has been a finalist in awards such as Influential business woman and Inspirational business woman of the year across Devon.
Presentations and Training
An experienced lecturer and workshop host, Jane has delivered training across the South West on business management, growth and taxation.
Jane has taken an active role in many local business groups, having been the Chairman of the Torridge branch of the Federation of Small Businesses and President of Bideford Bay Chamber of Commerce.
Out of hours
Outside of her work as an accountant, Jane is a prize-winning photographer and some of her work can be found hanging in our offices. She also designs and makes some stunning jewellery and produces some beautiful fabric art.
